¼ Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, diced into small cubes
½ red capsicum, sliced diced
1 handful of green beans, chopped into small pieces
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red chilli, finely sliced
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato paste
2 cups of cooked brown rice
For the sauce: Mix the sweet soy sauce with the soy sauce.
Heat a wok and add the onion, garlic and chilli and saute for two minutes. Add all of the chopped vegetables. salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add the tomato paste and soy sauce mix and two.
