Andrew "Spudfit" Taylor & Adam Guthrie talk about the healing power of the humble spud!

Andrew Taylor and Adam first saw each other at one of Adams talks in Melbourne and they've been good friends since. They've done some podcasts together and shared their journey from being overweight to achieving a healthier lifestyle and getting fit.

Andrew has successfully transitioned from a depressed, morbidly obese man with no hope to someone who has broken free from the shackles of food addiction, lost 55kg (121lbs) in a span of one year and has been able to sustain it up to this day.
